Allegation: Violation of RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to identify the sponsor in the name on the Registration
The PDC dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1) and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into these allegations or taking further enforcement action in this matter.
However, pursuant to WAC 390-37-060(1)(d), this letter serves as a formal warning concerning the Respondent’s failure to amend its committee registration to include the name of the “80 percent sponsor,” Community Driven Prosperity PAC, in the committee’s name. Staff expects the Respondent to timely update its committee name in the future when such an update is needed. The Commission will consider the formal written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of PDC laws or rules.
