Description
This case alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.710 by disclosing City of SeaTac as a source of income on an F-1 report covering 1/1/21 - 1/7/22; and failing to report alleged rental income on an F-1 report covering 1/1/21 - 1/7/22.
PDC staff reviewed the allegations and evidence submitted; the applicable statutes, rules, and reporting requirements; the applicable PDC report filed by the Respondent; and other relevant information to determine whether the record supports a finding of one or more violations.
Based on the attached findings, staff has determined that, in this instance, no evidence supports a finding of a violation that warrants further investigation.
Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
