Description

PDC received a complaint on June 26, 2023, alleging that the recall committee failed to timely and accurately file contribution and expenditure reports in violation of Chapter 42.17A RCW. 

Staff found that the allegations contained in the complaint were similar to the two complaints filed in 2021 and 2022, and issued an amended warning.
