Allegation One: alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to accurately file C-4 reports disclosing in-kind contribution details for the expenditures made, and which initiatives were supported

Allegation Two: alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.435 by failing to properly disclose the identity of a vendor for some of the in-kind contributions received from Brian Heywood.

A supplemental complaint was filed on October 17, 2023, against Let's Go Washington (Sponsored by Brian Heywood) filed by SEIU 775, Civic Ventures, Washington Conservation Action, and Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates. In addition, a supplemental complaint was filed 8/15/2024.
