Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) completed its review of the complaint filed on Dec. 1, 2023. The complaint alleged that Caputo Strategic LLC, operated by Kent Caputo, may have violated RCW 42.17A.600 and .615 by failing to register as a lobbyist and report lobbying expenses and activities. Specifically, you alleged Caputo provided lobbying services while under contract with Lewis County to provide outreach for a hydrogen project.

Staff has determined that, in this instance, no evidence supports a finding of a violation that warrants further investigation. Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
