Description

The complaint alleges that The Freedom Foundation, a non-profit organization, has violated RCW 42.17A.205, .235, and .240 by failing to register and report as a political committee after soliciting and receiving contributions to oppose Initiative 1, a 2016 ballot proposition in the City of Olympia, or that it violated RCW 42.17A.255 by failing to report its expenditures that opposed Initiative 1 as Independent Expenditures.
