On February 20, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that the Respondent in this matter violated RCW 42.17A.235 & .240 for failure to timely and accurately file expenditure reports during the 2023 Primary election cycle.
The PDC staff review found that the Respondent failed to timely file the required statutory reports and resolved the case with a Statement of Understanding (SOU). The Respondent signed the SOU and paid $100 in civil penalty.
Accordingly, the staff dismissed the matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
