On February 20, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that the Respondent, a 2023 candidate for Central Kitsap School District Director, Position 4, may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to file the mandatory Summary Full Report Receipt and Expenditure (C-4) reports.
Staff reviewed the complaint and found that the allegations were remediable in nature and resolved the complaint as such.
Having noted that no further action was warranted beyond the remedial resolution, staff dismissed the matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755 (1).
