Description

The complaint alleged David Griffin a 2024 Candidate for Washington State Lieutenant Governor, may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to timely and accurately file contribution and expenditure reports, specifically failing to report payment of a filing fee.

David Griffin made a minor or ministerial error, which did not materially impact the public interest.

Based on this information, the matter is resolved as a technical correction pursuant to RCW 42.17A.755 and WAC 390-37-060. The PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
