On July 11, July 19, August 1 and September 11, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received complaints alleging that the Respondent in this matter may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately file contribution (C-3) and expenditure (C-4) reports, and failure to respond to a formal request for inspection of books of account, as required by law.
Staff's review found that the Respondent failed to timely file the required C3 and C-4 reports, including failure to respond to formal request for inspection of books of account. Staff issued a formal written warning to the Respondent and informed him the Commission would consider the written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of the PDC laws/rules.
