Description

On July 11, July 19, August 1 and 13, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received an original complaint and two supplemental complaints alleging that the Respondent in this matter may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately file contribution and expenditure (C-4) reports. 

Staff's review found that the Respondent failed to file accurate and timely required C-4 reports. Staff issued a formal written warning to the Respondent and informed him the Commission would consider the written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of the PDC laws/rules. 

Based on this information, PDC staff dismissed the complaint in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
