Description

On May 12, 2024, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that the Respondent failed to file the required expenditure (C-4) and contribution (C-3) reports in violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240.

The PDC review found that the Respondent failed to timely file the required contribution (C-3) and expenditure (C-4) reports, as required under the statutory scheme under Chapter 42.17A RCW. and resolved the complaint through a Statement of Understanding. Having issued a Statement of Understanding in this matter, staff noted that no further action was required and dismissed the matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755 (1).
