Description
Based on our findings, failure to accurately file the F-1 reports covering your 2023 and 2024 campaigns does not amount to a violation that warrants further investigation.
Pursuant to WAC 390-37-060(1)(d), the Respondent is issued a formal written warning concerning failure to timely and accurately disclosure of all business customers on F-1 reports. The formal written warning will include staff’s expectation that they timely and accurately file F-1 reports. The Commission will consider a formal written warning in deciding on further Commission action if there are future violations of PDC laws or rules.
Based on this information, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
