Description

The complaint alleged that Rural Americans United Education Foundation (RAUEF), a Committee registered with the PDC, may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to timely and accurately file Cash Receipts Monetary Contributions reports (C-3) and Campaign Summary Receipts and Expenditures reports (C-4), disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by the campaign, and RCW 42.17A.205 for failing the timely amend its registration.

It was determined RAUEF did not have a filing requirement with the PDC.

Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
