The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) completed its review of the complaint filed by Sejal Dogiparthi on October 16, 2024. The complaint alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failure to timely and accurately report expenditures.

• The complaint alleged a lack of required detail on C-4 (expenditure) Reports.
• The Committee updated their expenditure detail to include the vendor and quantities of political advertising within 2-14 days of being notified of the complaint.

You made minor or ministerial errors on required reports which did not materially harm the public interest. You made the necessary technical corrections within 2-14 days of being notified by PDC staff.
Based on this information, the matter is resolved as a technical correction pursuant to RCW
42.17A.755 and WAC 390-37-060. The PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).

Any allegations regarding reporting by you for the 2024 campaign that are not otherwise addressed are hereby dismissed.
