On February 6, 2025, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that the Respondent failed to file a 7-Day pre-election C-4 report in violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240.

The PDC review found that the Respondent failed to timely file a 7-Day pre-election C-4 in violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 and resolved the complaint through a Statement of Understanding. Having issued a Statement of Understanding in this matter, staff noted that no further action was required and dismissed the matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755 (1).
