- Joshua Binda: Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.710 for failure to accurately report debt on their Personal Financial Affairs Disclosure (JAN25)
#166668
Joshua Binda
Josef "Joe" A. Kunzler, Conner Edwards
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) completed its review of the complaints filed by Joe Kunzler and Conner Edwards on January 27, 2025, and January 28, 2025, respectively. The complaints alleged violations of RCW 42.17A.710 for failure to include debt owed of $2,400 or more on a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report).
It appears that the Respondent was not initially aware of the requirement to include debt of $2,400 or more on his F-1 reports. Staff found no evidence that the omission of debts owed was done intentionally or otherwise meant to conceal personal financial information from the public.
The Respondent completed a Statement of Understanding (SOU), acknowledging violations of RCW 42.17A.710 for failing to timely disclose debt owed of $2,400 or more on F-1 reports covering calendar years 2022 and 2023. The signed SOU resolves the allegations regarding RCW 42.17A.710 listed in this case.
In addition, PDC staff is reminding Joshua Binda about the importance of the timely submittal of F-1 reports in accordance with the statutes and rules.
Based on this information, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
