On March 7, 2025, the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) received a complaint alleging that the Respondent in this matter, may have violated RCW 42.17.335 for sponsoring political advertising that makes a false statement or claim stating or implying the support or endorsement of any person or organization.
The staff's review noted that the advertising at issue was misleading to the public and issued a reminder letter to the Respondent on 5/13/2025.
Accordingly, the PDC found that no further action was warranted and dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
