Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) completed its review of the complaint filed against the Respondent in this matter and found that the Respondent failed to include the statutory required sponsor identification on political advertisements and the expenditure details in expenditure reports as alleged in the complaint. 

The staff issued a Reminder letter, reminding the Respondent about the importance of including complete sponsor identification on political campaign yard signs in the future and making sure to include the expenditure details in expenditure reports.
