The complaint alleged that Citizens for Honest Government (CHG PAC), a 2013 local single year political committee in Spokane Washington,  violated RCW 42.17A.260 & .305 by failing to timely report independent expenditures and/or electioneering communications for political advertisements that supported or opposed local candidates for Spokane City Council during the 2013 election cycle.
