Description

The complaint alleged Karen Valenzuela, a former Thurston County Commissioner, may have violated RCW 42.17A.430 by failing to properly dispose of surplus funds, RCW 42.17A.240 by failing to report the dispersal of surplus funds and RCW 42.17A.445 for personal use of campaign contributions.
