Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has completed its review of the complaint filed by Glen Morgan  on February 6, 2018. The complaint alleged that Teresa Purcell may have violated RCW 42.17A.255 and RCW 42.17A.405 for exceeding contribution limits and for failure to file independent expenditure reports. 

The PDC has closed the matter, and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into the complaint or pursuing further enforcement action in this case.
