The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has completed its review of the complaint filed by Glen Morgan on March 28, 2018. The complaint alleged that the Spokane Valley Firefighters PAC (SVFP) may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 by failing to timely and accurately report contribution (C-3) and expenditure (C-4) reports.
Based on our findings, PDC staff is reminding the Spokane Valley Firefighters PAC about the importance of timely disclosure of all contribution and expenditure activities, for any future committee activities.
Based on this information, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1), and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into the complaint or pursuing enforcement action in this case.
