Description
At a February 25, 2021 enforcement hearing, the Commission found that Daniel P. Williams (the “Respondent”) violated RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to file F-1 reports (Personal Financial Affairs Statements) as an elected official who held office in 2019. The F-1 reports, disclosing financial information for 2018 & 2019, were due to be filed no later than April 15, 2019 and April 15,2020 respectively. At the hearing, the Commission ordered the Respondent to pay a $1,000 civil penalty and file the missing reports within 30 days from the date of the Initial Order, which was issued on March 11, 2021.
