Description
This case alleged that the Respondent violated RCW 42.17A.205 by failing to timely file a Campaign Registration (C-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate or no later than June 4, 2021.
At an August 12, 2021 brief enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found a violation of .205 and assessed a $150 penalty with $100 suspended if the non-suspended $50 is paid within 30 days of the Order and there are no further violations for 4 years.
