All campaigns must accurately record and report the actual sources and amounts of contributions received as well as the true recipients and amounts of expenditures. It is a serious violation of the law to use a fictitious name, no name or substitute name in order to conceal the truth. RCW 29B.40.100.
Candidates and committees: If you registered as full-reporting and are participating in the primary election, you must file a C-4 report on July 14, covering the period of June 1 to July 13.
