The Public Disclosure Commission wants to hear from users of the agency's campaign registration (C-1 and C-1pc) systems about what they want to see in a replacement.

An initial stakeholder meeting Dec. 18 at 10 a.m. will offer an overview of the agency's project to develop a new candidate and political committee registration application. The goal is to deliver a more seamless and functional experience for filers and useful information for the public.

The meeting is a chance to offer early input on what's working and what's not working with the current electronic registration systems as well as suggest possible improvements. If you are interested in participating either in person at the PDC's Olympia office or remotely via Skype, please email kim.bradford@pdc.wa.gov

PDC staff also will be recruiting stakeholders to work for the next several months on product planning and review before the expected launch of the new application next May. More information about how to join the project team will be available at the Dec. 18 session.
