Due to an issue with third-party cloud services, some users of the Financial Affairs (F-1) system, campaign registration and Online Reporting of Campaign Activity (ORCA) may have experienced connectivity issues or outages between 10 p.m. June 7 and 4 a.m. June 8. The issue has been resolved and all systems are operating as expected.

A Secure Access Washington authentication issue is blocking access to the PDC's Financial Affairs (F-1), Campaign Registration (C-1 and C-1pc), and ORCA systems. We are investigating and will update as soon as we know more.
The Commission issued an order concerning a non-profit organization's plan to provide pro bono legal services to a person who plans to appeal a ruling in a campaign finance court case. The order says the non-profit need not register or file reports with the PDC, nor disclose its donors, as long as it represents the person in his individual capacity in the appeal. PDC staff have taken the filing systems for candidate and committee registrations, financial affairs reports, and campaign finance reports offline to conduct troubleshooting.
