Executive Director Recruitment 

The Commission finalized plans for soliciting a vendor to perform the executive director search and updating the position description.

Rule Making

The Commission continued its discussion regarding establishing alternatives to adjudication for resolving complaints.  Staff shared the results of Commission-requested stakeholder engagement and outlined for the Commission future, potential rule making.

Reporting Modifications 

Personal Financial Statement (F-1) reporting modifications were granted to:

Johanna Bender, King County District Court Judge, from disclosing the address or other location identifiers for her personal residence (property value and mortgage details have been disclosed);

Kenneth Rogers, candidate for Port of Seattle, from disclosing business and governmental customers of Delta Airlines, Inc., for which he is a shareholder-elected member of the board of directors and an employee; and

Sandrea Tarzwell, Shelton School District Director, from disclosing business customers that paid $12,000 or more during 2014 to Alpha Test Corporation of which her spouse is president..
