PDC staff alleges that Ranga Bondada, a candidate for public office in 2025, violated RCW 42.17A.235 and RCW 42.17A.240 by failing to timely and accurately file Expenditure Summary (C-4) reports and by failing to provide sufficiently detailed expenditure descriptions for political advertising, as required for candidates registered under the “Full Reporting” option.
PDC staff alleges that Citizens for Ridgefield Schools, a political action committee registered to support ballot propositions during the February 8, 2022, April 25, 2022, August 2, 2022, April 23, 2024, and February 11, 2025, special or primary elections, violated RCW 42.17A.235 and RCW 42.17A.240 by failing to timely and accurately file Receipts & Expenditure Summary (C-4) reports and by failing to provide sufficiently detailed expenditure descriptions for political advertising and sub-vendor detail for in-kind contributions, as required for committees registered under the “Full Reporting” option.
PDC staff alleges that Engage Voters U.S., a commercial advertiser during 2024, violated RCW 42.17A.345 by failing to provide commercial advertiser books of account upon request.
