Candidates and committees: If you registered as full-reporting and are participating in the primary election, you must file a C-4 report on July 14, covering the period of June 1 to July 13. State agencies, state-funded universities or colleges, and any county, city, town, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation and special purpose district that lobbies at the state level are required to report expenditures quarterly. An agency does not file a report if no lobbying occurred in that quarter.
