Reports will not be considered late when they are filed the next business day following an unplanned outage of 15 minutes or more, or a scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more between 11 p.m and 5 a.m. See WAC 390-19-045.

The Public Disclosure Commission's filing systems for public agency lobbying reporting (L-5) and independent expenditure and electioneering communication reporting (C-6) are currently experiencing an outage.
Filing deadlines are extended to the following business day for any unscheduled outage lasting 15 minutes or more, or any scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more.
There will be a planned, approximately 45-minute outage for Secure Access Washington (SAW) between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19. Filers will be unable to access the PDC's electronic filing systems during this time.
PDC system experienced intermittent disruptions.
The Public Disclosure Commission's ORCA filing system experienced technical difficulties with certifying and submitting C-3 and C-4 reports.
The issue was resolved by 5 p.m.
The Washington State central IT services will be performing planned maintenance to Secure Access Washington (SAW) on Dec, 19th between 5:30 and 6:30 am. During this time, you may not be able to login to PDC electronic filing systems.
All electronic filing systems will be down while we do maintenance
Beginning at about 1:10 p.m. on Oct. 25, some users reported experiencing slow-loading pages or seeing page loading error messages when attempting to login in and report in the PDC's lobbying reporting system. PDC staff are responding to the issue.
A planned 40-minute Secure Access Washington (SAW) outage is scheduled to take place between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17.
SAW and services that use SAW - including the PDC's ORCA, campaign registration, financial affairs and lobbying reporting - will be inaccessible for about 40 minutes during the maintenance window.
Intermittent issues with the PDC's electronic filing system may have affected some users.
