Implementation of the new PDC electronic C-1 and C-1pc candidate and committee registration system caused technical issues for some filers when it was launched May 13th, 2019. In limited circumstances, the issues have affected C-1/C-1pc registration as well as C-3 and C-4 filings and ORCA users. Most issues have been resolved, and we expect to complete work on the remaining issues soon.  The issues identified do not affect most filers' ability to file, and all filers are encouraged to continue to use the electronic filing system.
